  • Personal training offers interactive, one-on-one sessions by nationally certified personal trainers. An individually designed program can include any combination of strength training, cardiovascular conditioning, stretching and weight management to achieve your desired fitness goals.

  • There is a no-refund policy on all packages purchased – a client may only receive a refund for unused sessions if accompanied by a doctor's note.

    TARDINESS POLICY: Clients are expected to begin working out at the start time of the scheduled appointment.
