1:1 Personal Training 18- 1h Sessions
Personal training offers interactive, one-on-one sessions by nationally certified personal trainers. An individually designed program can include any combination of strength training, cardiovascular conditioning, stretching and weight management to achieve your desired fitness goals.
There is a no-refund policy on all packages purchased – a client may only receive a refund for unused sessions if accompanied by a doctor's note.
TARDINESS POLICY: Clients are expected to begin working out at the start time of the scheduled appointment.
